Our low-cost counselling services are provided by graduate-level practicum students or intern clinical counsellors who have recently graduated with a Masters degree in counselling. They’re supported by supervisors at Women's Mental Health who ensure trauma-informed, high quality care. Learn more

In-person sessions are currently unavailable through the low-cost program.
