Serena Bornholdt (she/her) strives to create a safe space that will cultivate growth, foster positive change, and promote healing. With the belief that you know what is truly best for yourself, Serena will help you explore your inner strengths and feel empowered in your life. Serena supports women with a wide variety of challenges, especially in the areas of trauma, attachment, relationships, anxiety, life transitions, personal growth, as well as pregnancy, prenatal and postpartum.
Serena has always had a passion for helping and supporting others through the challenges and emotional moments that they encounter in life. She comes to counselling as a second career, and as a single mother, her life experiences have grounded her belief that transformative change is possible.
