Carrine Gelmon (she/her) is a compassionate, intuitive and empathic therapist who is passionate about supporting clients through their healing journeys. She recognizes the importance of connection, safety and trust within the therapeutic relationship and holds a space of warmth, openness, non-judgment, and acceptance.
Carrine understands that life and relationships are complex, and acknowledges that healing is a non-linear process. She believes that you are the expert of your own life and experiences, and offers support and encouragement in developing a deeper understanding and trust within yourself. She believes that change is possible and supports you in accessing the tools you need to navigate challenges and define your truth.
Carrine’s practice is rooted in a holistic, spiritual, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens, encompassing inclusivity and a collaborative approach. She utilizes a combination of experiential, emotion-focused, mindfulness-based and somatic approaches to navigate a process that is attuned, empathetic, and curious.
